Inviting Pastor Bates

Please Make Note of the Following:

Pastor Bates’ office will make the necessary travel arrangements. The office will forward the travel expenses to the host for a reimbursement check which should be sent prior to the event. Pastor Bates always has a person travel with him. Generally, please budget for two commercial airline tickets unless private air or ground transportation is used. We try to minimize costs as best as possible for the host.
Please provide two, king non-smoking hotel rooms.
Pastor Bates will have a resource table with music and preaching products to sell before and after the event. We will need two volunteers to help with the table.
Pastor Bates will need a private facility to change clothes after church.
Please provide a copy of the service(s) on CD and/or DVD.
Pastor Bates does not set a certain amount for an honorarium nor are there any contracts to sign. God has always provided and we ask that you do your best, so that Pastor Bates’ ministry may grow to reach more people for Christ. It may be beneficial for Pastor Bates to inform the congregation about current outreach projects at TBM.
